Our family of four had a perfect room at Hotel Pendini. It was incredibly spacious, with a queen bedroom and a separate room with two twin beds. They were connected by an entry hallway, giving us extra privacy and plenty of space to spread out. We chose the hotel because it offered family accommodations, and we'd gladly stay there again. The location near Piazza della Repubblica was ideal for exploring Florence on foot. We could walk to the luxury shopping district, Ponte Vecchio, the famous leather market and many top attractions. The hotel is on the fourth floor, but elevators made getting to and from it easy and convenient. Breakfast each morning had an excellent selection and was a wonderful start to the day. Hotel Pendini was a fantastic choice, with comfortable family accommodations, a great location and excellent breakfast.

Hotel Pendini and the staff got our trip off to a great start. The staff were attentive, the concierge was helpful, and the buffet breakfast and daily Coffee bar were excellent. The hotel felt stylish and comfortable, with nice amenities and a great rate. It would work well for a trip of any length. There are two petite elevators when you need them. The Square nearby can get loud in the evenings, but we were mostly out participating, so it didn't affect us. There's plenty around for shopping, food, entertainment, and last-minute details or repairs.

The hotel feels private and safe even though it's in the middle of the city. Our room was large and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was exceptional, the best hotel breakfast we had in Italy. Hotel Pendini sits on Piazza della Repubblica, a great base for seeing Florence's top spots. The historic center is compact, and everything we wanted to see was within a 10-15 minute walk. There are lots of fabulous restaurants nearby. We loved the stay.

Most of the major attractions, cafes, charming streets and other spots are easy to reach on foot from Hotel Pendini, so exploring Florence felt effortless and enjoyable. The location is the standout. The room was spotless and well maintained, a comfortable place to unwind after long days of walking. Breakfast was simple but very good, fresh and satisfying. A lovely, welcoming hotel with comfort and location without fuss. I'd happily recommend it and stay again.

The balcony photo says it all. We spent three nights here and the stay met our expectations. We like choosing historic local hotels when we travel, and this one has that character as well as an easy walk to just about anywhere. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were top rate. Thank you.
