The bathroom is quite small, which was the one downside. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay. The rooms have modern furnishings and amenities, air conditioning, and top-notch bathroom fixtures. The windows and doors are highly soundproofed and keep out outside noise very well. The place was spotlessly clean, the service was excellent, and it’s not far from the station, about a 10-15 minute walk.

It’s quiet, with welcoming, clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Santa Maria Novella train station is an easy walk away, or you can catch the tram right across the street. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The staff were always available, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. It’s very close to both the station and the city center. Recommended.

The owner was really kind and helpful, and could adjust check-in to suit our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The tram stop right opposite goes to the center, though walking takes about 30 minutes. One drawback: the bathroom bin didn't seem hygienic, and the small amount of shampoo and shower gel wasn't replenished daily.
