It was hard to find free parking near the apartment, but the area itself was quiet. The owner was kind and helpful, and both the supermarket and Rifredi train station were easy to get to. There’s also a great ice cream and chocolate shop nearby.

Getting here from the center was easy, and the tram stop is close by. The apartment had everything we needed and was spacious and very clean. The host was kind and quick to respond whenever we had a question or request. I’d love to stay here again. Thanks so much.

The owner was very kind and helpful. We had a peaceful view of the garden, and the reasonably spacious apartment had two bedrooms, WiFi, and a large kitchen with a gas stove. It’s not far from the historic center, and Rifredi Station and Santa Maria Novella FS are each just one train stop away.

The air conditioning was a plus, and the price was reasonable. The place felt dated, though, and it was in terrible shape for cleanliness, with mold in the bathroom cabinet and cobwebs all over. The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower hose was already broken when we arrived, and the showerhead came loose as soon as we tried using it, so we had to shower with the hose. The owner was welcoming and helpful, check-in was quick, and payment was prompt. The location was good, just a short walk from Florence’s Rifredi train station.
