We left the next day because the rooms weren’t comfortable. There were five of us traveling with five suitcases for nearly two weeks, and hauling everything upstairs in the tiny elevator lift was really difficult. The pictures were misleading, and the entry corridor smelled moldy and musty. My son eventually started coughing. The walls were so thin we could hear people having sex next door, which my children heard too. When I asked the front desk guy about a refund for the unused days, he said to go through Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, but they refused the refund. I have a very low opinion of this place and strongly recommend against staying there.

A basic room that worked for sleeping and washing up. It’s centrally located, just around the corner from The Foyer restaurant.

The rooms were just okay, but there was a strange smell from the washroom, the beds weren’t comfortable, and there were no services or anyone to speak with if a problem came up. There were no fire safety sensors either. The tiny lift fits only one person and a small bag, and its power cuts out when you reach the second floor. Check-in happens at a different hotel, which was really annoying, and this hotel has no reception or staff to look after you. The one good thing was the central location. I was shocked when I arrived. Book at your own risk if you want to spoil your vacation.

The room was awful, and the noise from outside came through so clearly that you could hear literally everything. The smell was a nightmare, and I ended up covered in mosquito bites despite visiting in early March, not summer. The beds were ridiculous, like uncomfortable camping beds. There was no hot water, the shower was so cramped even my child struggled to get in, and the WiFi didn’t work. There was no elevator either. I could go on. This is easily one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. It shouldn’t be allowed to exist.
