Dimora was a great place to stay in Florence. The elegant rooms were comfortable and extremely clean, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, with a high standard of service and care. We also appreciated the little things, like having taxis arranged and being welcomed each day. Mr. Adriano made a real difference. He greeted us so warmly and was kind and professional throughout. His tips for Florence and Tuscany helped us plan our days and made the trip more special. His genuine hospitality made the stay memorable, and it's been a long time since we've felt so well looked after. We'd happily return. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Bright, beautiful, and clean, with amazing service and breakfast. The hotel sits just outside the busy city center, but it's only a short walk to all the action. It's become a new favorite of mine.

The spa was really neat, and the rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and good-sized bathrooms with nice fixtures. The hotel also has on-site parking, which was a big plus. The location was the one downside, since it was fairly noisy, though the rooms seemed to block most of it. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable hotel.

We spent eight nights at Dimora Palanca around the end of January and start of February, and had a superb stay. It was central but peaceful, making it easy to explore Florence. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well looked after, and breakfast offered a tasty range of choices. Elisa and Jacomo really stood out for their attentive, friendly help. The elegant setting and thoughtful details added to the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a Florence visit.
