The team even helped us get our AirPods back after we accidentally left them in the room. They found them after we'd checked out and moved on to our next destination, then made sure they were safely returned. That says a lot about how helpful and responsive they were throughout our four-day family stay. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was handy for historical sights, supermarkets and good restaurants. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

We paid around 100 Euros a night in January, the off-season, and thought it was very good value. The place is simple rather than luxurious, but it has what you need. Our window faced a busy street, yet it was well insulated and we didn't hear much traffic. The check-in requirement cost it a star for me. Both my partner and I had to send photos of ourselves holding our passports. We weren't comfortable with that because saved images could be used for other purposes. The hotel says they delete them, but it still made us uneasy.

We were there for three nights in April 2025. The place was clean, modern, comfortable and affordable, with a great location. It's on the fifth floor, so be aware of the stairs, though the elevator worked and we had no trouble getting up and down.

Great location, and the bathroom was clean and new. The room had no sound isolation from the others, though, and the bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The sheets weren't clean either. For what we paid, I also expected coffee and water.

The room was very clean, and the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Firenze.
