Giglio Oro by Mmega

One of us ended up sleeping on the floor, and we got no response or solution during our four-day stay. The service was terrible after check-in, when they stopped addressing our complaints. A man was still cleaning when we arrived at the apartment. There was just one key for two couples, and we had to find the keys somewhere else quite far away. One bed was broken, the walls were covered in squashed mosquitoes, and the washing machine door was half off its hinges, so we couldn’t open the refrigerator door next to it. I really don’t recommend this place.

The location is good, but the bar downstairs makes noise until around 11 pm, and food smells get into the bathroom. We arrived to find the apartment was given to us much later than it should have been. The washing machine door was loose and blocked the refrigerator, and there was no microwave, though the shelf and outlet for one were there. One bed was missing slats under the mattress, and they said they didn’t have the spare, just one slat. Nobody fixed it. We couldn’t sleep, and after a night with terrible back pain, we spent the next two nights on the floor. The worst part was that after we paid, they left us on our own with no solutions. It’s a disaster, don’t go.

It’s in a quiet area near the center, with a supermarket just a few meters away. The place is very well equipped, though there’s no microwave and not many kitchen utensils.
