Hotel Executive Florence

The staff were attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. Before my taxi came at 3:30 in the morning, they made me coffee and promptly brought my suitcase down from my room, then took it back. It’s close to the airport, and I’d stay again. I was there for one night before an early flight. The room was very nice, but it was on the fourth floor, beyond the elevator’s third-floor stop. That meant one flight of stairs after the lift, which wasn’t bad without luggage to carry.

We stayed for one night with my parents during a quick sightseeing trip, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They noticed it was my mother’s birthday and gave her a bottle of wine for free. The hotel is handy for both the train station and the sights. I’d recommend it, especially to American travelers who don’t speak Italian, and we’ll stay again when we return to Florence.

Our room was ready even though we arrived early, so we could check in, leave our luggage there, and head straight out to explore Florence. The staff also suggested some great places to eat, with restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. The room was cozy and spotless, and the service was wonderful. We loved the hotel and would definitely return.

The location makes it easy to explore Florence, with the SMN train station a short walk away. Keycards made coming and going simple, and the included breakfast was basic but perfectly nice and dependable. The room was spacious and had the usual amenities, including a bidet. The shower pressure was good. The bed was quite firm and the sheets thin, though I assume thicker ones might be available if you ask. A solid mid-budget choice. I’d happily stay here again.
