Firenze Suite

The rooms were roomy, clean and had air conditioning, which helped a lot in the summer heat. Getting around the city from here was easy too. But on our second night, we found small cockroaches in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. We reported it and were moved the next morning. The staff were polite and apologized, though they didn't offer anything else or follow up. The place has some good qualities and potential, but the hygiene problem and lack of compensation left a mark on our stay.

We stayed in the apartment on the second floor and were very happy with it. It was spacious and clean, the staff were kind, and there's secure parking across the street. The city center is nearby, and if we come back to Florence, we'll definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous rooms and impeccable service made this hotel feel like a dream. It's also in a great spot, just minutes from the synagogue and close to the center.

I can be picky about hotels, and after staying at four different places in Firenze, this is my favorite. I loved the whole stay and would absolutely come back. The staff made it especially enjoyable, particularly Blerina, who was fantastic. The woman who cleaned my room did a wonderful job too. I was upgraded to a lovely suite with a terrace. The hotel was spotless, the room was a good size, and the bed was really comfortable. The bedding and blanket were high quality, better than what I've found at some five-star hotels. There's a charming lounge where you can have coffee and read, with a little library of books in different languages. It's central but quiet, and the area felt very safe. Most museums and good restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away. Caffe Italiano was one of my favorites, and there's a jazz club just a couple of minutes away. They don't serve breakfast, but a nice caffe across the street has plenty of breakfast choices and delicious coffee. I hope to return soon. Thanks to everyone for such a good stay!
