The staff at Florence Comfort were attentive and quick to answer my questions, and I really appreciated their communication and care. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, with a large bathroom. There are two bars close by for breakfast, and the tram stop is also within easy reach. The historic center is six stops away by tram, or about a 40-minute walk. Parking costs extra, but it’s behind a gate and covered by cameras. I’d definitely recommend it.

The tram stop was right beside the apartment and gave us easy rides to the airport, the city center, and the main train station. The apartment itself was a perfect place to stay, and the air conditioning was especially welcome since it was over 100 degrees every day.

We spent six days at Florence Comfort B&B in early November, during our 10-day trip around Italy, and had a great stay. Our host Valeria was always pleasant and happy to help. The hotel was clean and quiet, and getting to the main attractions was convenient. It’s about six tram stops from the city center. I’d highly recommend it.

Mattia and Valeria from the B&B Florence Comfort team were professional, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. Whenever I had a question, they replied almost right away, and their advice and hospitality were wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, with local coffee shops nearby that were always busy with locals. The location was convenient too, with a tram stop close by that made it easy to get around the city center. They’re the best landlords I’ve had in Florence, and I’ll book with them again next time.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the room was clean with a nice, roomy balcony. It was good value, too. The location worked perfectly, close to the city and right by public transport. I’d recommend it.
