We stayed in the green room and really liked it. It was small and quaint, but comfortable and big enough for us, even though we're used to larger spaces in the US. We had a lovely view of the garden and green wall. The location was a good balance: close to everything but away from what felt like the busy tourist area. The Main Duomo was about a seven-minute walk, and good food options were five to ten minutes away. We now have family in Florence and plan to visit often, so this is where we'll stay.

The room smelled bad, had mosquitoes, and didn't seem to have been cleaned properly after the guests before us. The whole building was old and poorly maintained, and the place was dirty. There was no elevator, and security felt weak. People hanging around in the common areas seemed suspicious, which made me feel unsafe. It fell short of what I expected for cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

The host was quick to respond and attentive to what we needed. The room felt comfortable and secure, and the location was ideal for the Florence city centre, just minutes from the main train station and the sights.

Enis was a wonderful host, with good food and drink suggestions and helpful advice on what to see during our two days in Florence. She even pointed us to a rooftop terrace near the Duomo that we wouldn't have found by ourselves, and we loved it. The apartment is close to the main sights and about a ten-minute walk from the train station. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and there were always snacks in the kitchen. This is easily one of the best places I've stayed. We'd love to come back if we get the chance. Thanks for such a great stay!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. David and Enis were friendly and always around when we needed something. They also shared lots of tips on where to go. I'd recommend staying here in Florence, no complaints, 10/10 👍🏼
