We liked how the apartment sits about equally far from Santa Marina station and the city center, and there are some nice cafés downstairs. Gulio was very helpful. The place is great to stay in, though the cooling could be improved with ceiling fans. Apart from that, everything was great.

The apartment was clean and in a great spot. A good fit for spending a couple of nights while visiting Florence.

We’ve been back a couple of times for work, using rooms 1 and 2, and each stay has gone really well. The apartments are clean and looked after, with Fortezza da Basso and Santa Maria Novella train station both a short walk away. Would recommend.
