A few minutes’ walk, or even less, gets you to plenty of good restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and newly decorated, with a roomy bathroom. We got such a lovely welcome and found everyone so helpful. This is now our go-to place for Firenze/Florence. The hotel is WONDERFUL!

Federica at reception gave us wonderful service, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay in Florence. The rooms were great, with a recently renovated bathroom. A really nice experience, five stars from me.

8/10
The location was a real plus, close to the train station and the main attractions, and the staff were nice. The rooms were clean and the bedding was changed almost every day, but they’re quite small and don’t have many amenities. The bed was a bit annoying too, it wasn’t a queen, just two small mattresses pushed together. Breakfast was mediocre, though fair for the price.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, but the ground-floor room was quite bad. Its door opened straight onto the lobby and breakfast room, so we had to pass through that space whenever we left. People chatting and eating could be heard because the door didn’t block the noise.

I was on my way to Tuscany the next day, so I stayed here for one night. The hotel is beautiful, my room was very clean, and the people were friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and I’d definitely stay again.
