The location is the one good thing about this place. The apartment is very dirty, and the bathroom is so cramped that brushing your teeth or shaving means banging your elbows against the walls. The kitchen is extremely dirty too, and the owner was rude and obnoxious. I had a terrible stay. You can find better apartments nearby for a similar price, so I'd avoid this one.

The cathedral is nearby, so the location was definitely a strong point. But when we stayed about a year ago, in February 2023, the apartment didn't look like the photos. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was practically unusable because its door was missing. The kitchen had all the equipment, but it was run-down and looked dirty and rusty. There was hair on the bed, and the thick dust on the fake green plastic covering the furniture made it hard for me to breathe at night. The sofa was stained, though I couldn't tell by whom or what. The apartment's overall condition didn't match the pictures, and the owner wasn't friendly or helpful at all.

You're right in central Florence, which is great, but the apartment is neither clean nor well maintained. The shower is tiny and dirty, and hot water doesn't last. The old, small boiler doesn't heat properly, so after about five minutes in the shower, the water turns cold. The photos speak for themselves about the lack of cleanliness.

We were able to check in a few hours early without trouble, and the welcome was warm. The location is right in the center, and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen worked well, and the dishes were clean, though I wash them myself anyway. It was quiet, with a view of the inner garden, and the heating was good.
