Hotel Aurora

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a great selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were a good size, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk from many of the main sights. It's handy to the train station, but we didn't hear noise or notice traffic.

We stayed for three nights recently, and the location made sightseeing easy, right by the station and very central. The room was spacious, had a lovely bathroom, and overlooked the garden, which was a nice bonus. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The place is a little old-fashioned, but convenience and welcoming service matter more to me. Breakfast could be better arranged.

Hotel Aurora is across from the train station, in a really convenient spot, and the price was very reasonable. The room was nice, breakfast was good, and I especially liked the huge shower head, it felt like standing in rain. The hotel staff were very friendly. I didn't mind handing over my key whenever I went out, since I trusted them. I'd definitely stay here again.

The terrace and small garden were a real bonus, whether at the end of a long day or first thing in the morning. Inside, it's a small apartment with modern appliances, and the housekeeping and management team were very friendly. It suited me perfectly as a home base for an extended stay in Firenze. The apartment was peaceful despite the building entrance being directly across from the always busy SMN train station. There seemed to be some construction inside the building during the day, but I only came back in the evenings, so I didn't notice it. The air conditioning worked well and was essential during the July 2022 heat wave.
