I paid €100 per night expecting a decent stay at Hotel Concorde in Florence, but the quality was really poor. The shower sits directly above the toilet, which makes the bathroom uncomfortable and impractical to use. Outside noise came through constantly because the rooms weren't well insulated, so it was hard to relax or sleep. Service was average and couldn't make up for those structural problems. At that price, I never expected this. I won't come back.

The beds were quite comfortable, and the balcony rooms have an incredible view. The staff were amazing too. It's a great location, a little outside the busiest part of the city, which was nice. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and the location was very good. But there was building and street construction right in front of the hotel, and it woke us up from 7am. There'd been no notice beforehand. When I asked, I was told the work might last a year, so keep that in mind. The bed wasn't comfortable either.

The balcony had a perfect view over florence, which was the best thing about the hotel. Sadly, it was being used to dump broken air con units and furniture, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The room was very basic, with the toilet and shower in the same place, though the bed was ok. There were no drinks available from a bar or vending machine. Aircon costs 5 euros per day. There was also open, broken electrics, which felt like a real danger.

A solid hotel for the price, close to Florence city centre. The staff were very friendly, and the value was good. The Cathedral and other top spots are only a 20-minute walk away.
