The host was friendly, explained everything clearly, and even helped carry our bags upstairs. The property was very clean, especially the newly renovated bathroom. It’s a great place, within walking distance of Florence’s main train station. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is available anytime and there’s no set time, with unlimited portions. The rooms were clean and nice, and both the room and common area had everything we needed. The place is fairly affordable and a short distance from the old town. At night, the road to the right as you leave the gate is extremely deserted, though you shouldn’t have any problems on the left. If you find something missing in your room, Filippo is friendly and willing to help, which makes up for it.

The rooms were very clean, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning both worked really well. Breakfast felt pretty bare-bones, though. It's a good budget option for visiting Florence, but our room was beside the train tracks, so there was some noise, even if it wasn't too disruptive.

Having the city center so close made sightseeing easy and meant we never had to rush between the main spots. Our room felt new, bright, clean, and tidy. Filippo, the owner, was really friendly and shared tips on places to see in Florence. Thanks so much, we'd happily return and recommend it to people visiting the city! ☺️

The area was quiet but made it easy to get into the Old Town. The B&B is about a 10-minute walk from the main train station, with a tram stop not far away. Our room was nice and clean. A great spot for visiting Florence, and one I'd recommend.
