We slept really well in Room 497. It was quieter than expected, and the birds outside almost made it feel like we were in the middle of a jungle. The room was cleaner than we’d expected for an old hotel: spotless floors and neatly prepared bedding. Reception staff were friendly and had a good sense of humor. The bathroom was okay, though the toilet seat definitely needs fixing. We didn’t raise it since everything else was satisfactory. We were comfortable and enjoyed our three-night stay.

There’s a very cozy lounge by the entrance where you can sit and rest. Staff were very kind, and breakfast was enough for us. The room didn’t have slippers. The location worked well, within walking distance of the train station and Duomo.

The staff were flexible, hands-on, and gave exceptional service. The place is clean and cozy, with the historic city center an easy walk away. Breakfast is basic but alright. I’d recommend it if you’re watching your budget.

We were pleased with what we paid. The breakfast was adequate, and we could leave our luggage early. The hotel is only a few minutes from the train station and very close to the historic center. Our room and beds were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable.
