I spent 10 days here on a business trip and had the best experience. The antique furniture and artwork were chosen beautifully, and you can tell the owners and management really care for the place. Housekeeping was as good as at a five star hotel, with fresh sheets, towels, water bottles, and more. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel at home. It's rare to find hotels like this in Florence these days, with so many tourist traps trying to make easy money. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I hope to come back soon!

Liana is one of our favorite hotels in Europe. It's an elegant, charming place with lovely service, close to the major sites. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with eggs, croissants, different cakes, and juices. The staff are happy to make you a cappuccino too, just ask.

I booked for the wrong month by mistake and asked if we could move the stay or get part of the payment back. They refused both options. Keeping the full amount and showing no goodwill earns a 1/5 from me.

The courtyard and decorations at Liana were lovely, and it was quiet and peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the short walk into town. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. m
