Mónica made our stay especially nice. She's lovely, speaks great English and Spanish, prepares an amazing breakfast, and is always ready to help. The boutique hotel is just by the station and farmacia Santa María Novela, with great service quality. I'd definitely recommend it and choose it again on a future trip to Firenze.

The balcony view is gorgeous, and Clarissa was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is great too. I'll definitely come back! J Liu.

Clarissa and Monica are good hosts. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities, including a mini bar. The air conditioning worked really well, and I could adjust both the temperature and fan speed. The location was ideal, near the train station and city centre. Breakfast had a decent range, and you could sit on your own balcony if you wanted. I'd highly recommend it to anyone after a great location without spending too much.

Clarissa was such a kind host. On our checkout day, she even made us a breakfast to take along for our early train. Check-in was easy, and a nice, simple breakfast is included, prepared as you prefer. It's a prime spot, a 2 min walk from the train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) and 10-25 min on foot from all the attractions. The place is on the fourth floor, but there's an elevator.

We stayed three nights in February and really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and very clean, and check-in was a breeze. Monica was fantastic!!! Breakfast was good and ready at the time we asked for it. The location worked well for us, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the T2 tram stop from the airport, and close to the attractions. We don't regret staying here at all.
