I booked through an online service that accepted my request for early check-in, with the extra charge paid. The building was hard to find, and even after I located the right one, no one came when I rang the bell. I rang again, waited, and tried once more, but nobody answered. By then I was frustrated and left to find another place. I don’t think guests should be accepted for check-in if no one is going to attend to them.

There was a little traffic noise, but I’d happily stay here again. It was very, very clean, and Agosti was so friendly and helpful.

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms that have all the amenities you might need. Each is decorated around one of two artists, Keith and Klimt. Agostino is warm and friendly, and gave us great food recommendations. Breakfast was tasty, even though it came packaged. The tram is nearby, and the price is very low for what you get. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
