The photos make this place look great, but it wasn’t like that in reality. The people running it were rude and disrespectful. They claim to offer a cheap option, but that’s a lie. I’ve never been somewhere worse in my life. Thieves and liars. The neighborhood is creepy and sucks, with lots of rats, actual animals. It’s way too expensive for that garbage. Don’t go.
Watch out, I felt ripped off. The price listed on Booking.com was very low, then they added another €70 for cleaning fees. The reservation could only be cancelled if I paid. When I tried to discuss it with them, they immediately got defensive, which made me think these “legalized scams” happen regularly.
The extra costs were listed in the rental terms and conditions, as with the previous host. At first the price seemed reasonable, but then the host added almost €70 in miscellaneous fees, including €50 for cleaning.
How does cleaning cost €50 when the reservation itself is €38? There’s no signposting either, and you have to call the landline to arrange for someone to come give you the apartment. Otherwise, you’re locked out.
