That rooftop terrace was a highlight, and the elevator came in handy with our luggage. The apartment’s location was perfect, close to everything. Alessandra made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Check-in and check-out were easy to arrange, with clear communication. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it for a visit to Florence. Thanks, Alessandra!
