La Dimora del Cardinale

Rosie and her husband were attentive and kind throughout our stay. They brought us delicious coffee each morning, offered suggestions, and kept the hotel and our room spotless. Thanks so much to both of them. I stayed two nights with my mother during Easter week. The lobby was calm and clean, with water, tea, coffee, pleasant music, and nice lighting. Our room was very large, with high ceilings, a remodeled bathroom, a comfortable large bed, and a working TV. The street is busy, so nights could be somewhat loud, though the two sets of windows helped a bit with both noise and insulation. The large bathtub in our room didn’t work, and neither did the table lamp. For the prime location, clean and comfortable facilities, and kind staff, it was worth the money. Thank you!

Rosie and her husband really made the visit for us. Rosie always greeted us with a smile, paid close attention, and often anticipated what we needed. Her husband was just as friendly and professional, helping with luggage, sharing local recommendations, and checking that we were comfortable. We felt cared for as guests, not just visitors. The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and had thoughtful touches that made it comfortable and relaxing. From our warm, professional welcome onward, we had an amazing stay. We left feeling refreshed and appreciated, and are already planning to come back. Thanks to Rosie, her husband, and the whole team for such a memorable visit.

It’s reasonably quiet in the daytime. Weekend nights are another story, with young people sometimes making noise into the early hours, so bring earplugs.

The apartments are in a lovely part of the city, inside a beautiful historic building. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend it. A special thanks to the wonderful woman and her husband who welcomed us with smiles and friendly chats during our few days there. I’m sorry I didn’t ask your names, but we appreciated you so much. You made our stay special. Thank you!
