The location was excellent, about 10 minutes from the city centre, and the room had plenty of space. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home, with new, well-maintained things throughout. The staff were so kind, friendly, and ready to help that I felt very welcome. I'd happily choose this hotel again on another trip to Florence and highly recommend it.

The rooms are the best part: clean, very comfortable, and a great base for Firenze. Having Nespresso machines and irons in the rooms was handy. There aren't any common areas or other facilities, but the rooms themselves are great.

We booked through Booking.com, which was easy, and the hotel even arranged a free taxi from the airport. We spent a whole week there and really liked the spacious, clean suites, with separate bedrooms and living rooms. The location worked well too: most sights were walkable, and some of Florence's best restaurants were a short stroll away. It was easy to rest after sightseeing and head out for dinner later.

The front desk staff were very helpful, and the hotel was spacious and super clean. My wife and I stayed for one night while visiting Florence. The main tourist attractions were all within a 15-20 minute walk. We'd definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable, even though the hotel itself is small and charming. The staff were very kind and professional, with excellent service. It's by the river on a main road, so access is easy, and the city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended for Florence.
