We had a great time and found everything we needed. The mansarda even let us sleep under the stars ☺️. The location was amazing, and our host communicated really well. She also let us check in two hours early.

Dafne and the housekeeper we met, whose name I didn't catch, were both lovely. They made the service feel personal and let us check in early when we arrived worn out after a couple of long travel days. The room covered everything we needed, and the location was really convenient for staying in Florence.

Linda was a lovely host. She gave us a map and pointed out several places to visit nearby. The breakfast area was beautiful, and our room was amazing. We were also close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk, and to all the popular attractions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it! :)

The staff were friendly, but the noise made this a very poor stay, and I wouldn't recommend it. We had a room under the roof, with a hot water tank in the corner that started making noise every few minutes, or whenever anyone used hot water. We couldn't fall asleep until midnight, once everyone else was asleep, and then we woke very early. Flushing the toilet was noisy too, and it took ages for the tank to refill.

The room was clean and had plenty of space for us, and the bathroom was clean and spacious too. It was well worth what we paid. The staff were very friendly, and Dafne was helpful. We'd definitely stay again.
