A great change of pace from paintings and sculptures. Our group of four adults loved this hands-on museum about Leonardo da Vinci's life and inventions. It's not expensive, and about an hour is enough. We went after the Uffizi, since it's just around the corner.
This compact museum is educational, interactive, and fun for the whole family. It was fascinating to learn about Leonardo's life, background, and many talents, and you can see why he's called the Florentine Genius. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the hands-on workshops, solving puzzles and exploring simple physics in an accessible way. Highly recommended for visitors of all ages.
A lovely, interactive museum full of information. My 9-year-old had a great time, and there wasn't a dull moment. Make sure you see all three floors.
The kids had a great time here, and the adults found plenty to enjoy too. We all liked the museum. If you're choosing a museum in Firenze, this one's a strong pick. We'd definitely recommend it.
We stayed for more than an hour because there was so much to try and explore. It was really interesting, especially the interactive room for kids. Just get your ticket there; there's no need to book through TripAdvisor or pay for a guide.
