Inside, the apartment was nice, but I was unhappy with the building. I would have rated it two stars if not for what happened after I got home: I realized I'd left a bag containing personal items behind. I contacted them right away and kept writing and calling for a week, but heard nothing. Ten days later they replied that they hadn't found anything.
