The room’s soundproofing was great, and the toilet was really comfortable. We did have trouble communicating at check-in: we arrived around 6 pm and the host couldn’t get hold of me. If you book through Agoda, contact the host on WhatsApp ahead of time for entry instructions. The air conditioning wouldn’t cool on our second night. The host apologized the next day and gave us breakfast at a nearby bar, which we appreciated.

Franco was so kind, helped with our luggage, and gave us great recommendations. The lobby also has free water and coffee, plus some nice places to sit. This was the best hotel of our whole Italy trip. The room was lovely and well insulated even though it’s right in the city center. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, and little kits for things you might have forgotten at home, which has been rare so far. We’d recommend it 100%.

We had a short stay in Florence and were really impressed by the person who welcomed us. He was patient and kind, showed us places to visit on a map, and suggested things we could do. The room was completely clean, and there was coffee and water in the shared area. We were very comfortable and highly recommend the place. Thank you!

Franco was quick to answer on WhatsApp, sent detailed information, and was always ready to help. The staff also provide daily cleaning. You’re right in the heart of Florence, within a short walk of popular sights, lots of shopping, and some of the city’s best restaurants. A great base if you want to explore the city.

The location is really good, right in the middle of the city, but the rooms are well insulated. We really liked the apartment, and check-in and check-out were easy. It’s also handy to have espresso and water available in the lobby.
