The place looked nice, but it wasn’t comfortable. The radiators couldn’t warm the apartment, and switching on the air conditioning turned them off, so only the living area got heat. In the bathroom, the door was hard to shut and made a lot of noise. The showerhead was also too low for a tall person to stand underneath. There wasn’t enough water capacity to use the shower and sink at the same time, even for a couple. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Once we got checked in, the room itself was in good shape and was great overall. The bathroom door made some noise, and the showerhead had an issue that was a minor inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was good.

We’ve been back several times and have always enjoyed our stays. The apartments are in great spots, kept very clean, and have thoughtful details. The host was warm and helpful. I’d recommend them.

It’s in a nice central spot, but there were several problems. The TV couldn’t be switched on without its remote, which was missing. We told the owner, but they didn’t bring one. The dishwasher was broken, and there was no sponge or dish rack either. The apartment works for two; with the sofa opened up for sleeping, there’s no space left to eat.

The apartment is cozy and a reasonable size, right in central Florence, about a ten-minute walk from the Basilica of San Lorenzo. It has a shower, TV, and little kitchen, plus a double bed and sofa bed, so it can sleep four, children included. Prices may be a bit steep, but I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Florence.
