The owners are friendly and helpful, and they’ll do their best to meet your needs. Mary's House is around 700 meters from the city center, so it’s easy to get to Florence’s main attractions. A great spot for enjoying the city.

The room was huge and had a TV, and they changed the towels every day. Everything was kept really clean, and the people were very nice. It’s right by the station and close to everything, with a very good price.

The rooms are basic, but roomy and clean. The owners were kind and helpful, and you can walk to both the center and Santa Maria Novella station in a few minutes.

Refund my money, please! My stay was cancelled the day before I arrived, so I had to pay for another hotel. You still haven’t taken responsibility, yet you charged me for cleaning and city taxes per person too. You said it was cancelled because of family problems. What kind of shady hotel is this, Mery House? Answer me! Thieves, disrespectful!

It’s clean, though dated, and only has the bare minimum. The location is strategic, right outside the station and just a short walk from the center.
