The people were helpful, but both the room and the shared areas were pretty dirty.

The neighborhood was peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tram and bus stops nearby made it easy to get straight to the airport or city center.

The owner was friendly and easy to reach, and the price felt very good for what I got. I spent one night there; the apartment was spotless, the room was warm, and the bathroom was just right. I'd recommend it if you're visiting beautiful Florence.

There are bars and supermarkets nearby, and getting here from Florence's Santa Maria Novella station takes about 18 minutes by bus or tram. My room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Recommended.

It only takes about 10 minutes by tram to reach the city center, and the area itself is quiet and well located in Florence. Communication was excellent. The owner and Cecilia, who was temporarily running the B&B, were kind and helpful, and did their best to meet all our requests. I'd recommend staying here.
