The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen, including cutlery, plates, pans, and a microwave. The staff are easy to reach on WhatsApp and respond quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent, with the train station and all the main sights within walking distance.

The room was spacious and as expected, and the small bathroom was good enough for the price. Excellent location in Florence. We also got to check in early without any trouble.

Bounce Garage via Borgo Ognissanti lost my suitcase after assuring me it would be ready for collection on Saturday, May 25. I trusted them with it, and when I showed up, it was nowhere to be found. The lack of accountability and professionalism was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, and it has seriously damaged my confidence in Numa's partnerships. I'm a loyal guest of Numa Goldoni, but I won't stay at any Numa property working with Bounce Luggage Storage again. I'll take my business elsewhere until Numa ends that partnership.

We were told check-in would be at 15:00, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said it wouldn't be until 16:00. We had to wait with three suitcases while they finished cleaning the room, and they didn't even want to help. The whole experience was awful.
