We booked directly on the accommodation’s website and received confirmation by email. After driving from Siena, we tried calling for an hour but couldn’t get through. When we reached the apartment in Florence to check in, nobody was there. A different phone number on the door led us to someone who said they weren’t in Florence and told us to find somewhere else. The management’s absence and complete lack of concern were disgraceful and unprofessional. It was 7:00pm, and we were stranded in Florence looking for another place to stay. Avoid at all costs. 24.09.2019 @ 19:09 !!!

During the Didacta 2024 fair in Florence, we stayed in these clean, quiet, and luxurious studio apartments. The train station is nearby, and it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. I’d recommend them to anyone.
