Peruzzi Urban Residences

We had a really good time, and the personnel were great. The location is ideal, close to the old town on a quiet street near an ancient Roman amphitheater (!). One of the most beautiful places I've visited. Definitely try their wine.

Katya was so caring and kept our room very clean, turning a great stay into a fantastic one. We left something behind, and reception found it and brought it downstairs for us. 10/10, we'll stay again!

We were in awe as soon as we walked in. The website and photos don't capture how comfortable, luxurious, and beautiful the place is. High ceilings, huge windows, lovely decor, and history you can see in every corner. The views are amazing, the rooms and shared spaces are comfortable, and the kitchen is really handy. Everyone greeted us warmly and seemed eager to help. Housekeeping was attentive, and they even went out of their way to find special food for my lactose intolerance, which I really appreciated. Fresh fruit, coffee, and baked goods were available every day. Roberta deserves a special mention. Her love for the palazzo’s history, wine, and food, and her way of making guests feel at home, made a real impression on us. She gave us a lovely wine demonstration and talked about the palazzo’s history, which made the stay more meaningful. We could walk everywhere easily, and I can't wait to return.

Roberta was especially helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay at Peruzzi Residences. The property was clean, comfortable, and well located. Our only issue was the “Victoria” room, right beside the kitchen. We could hear people using it, so sleeping in wasn't really possible. We'd definitely come back, but choose another room.
