We felt like locals here instead of staying in the tourist area. It’s a reasonable walk to the tram and train station, Ponti Vecchio, and the museums. The home was clean and well kept, and having a kitchen meant we could cook with fresh ingredients and eat in a few times. It made a great base for our time in Florence. Mind the stairs. I fell and spent the week with my ankle in rough shape.
