My family and I spent 6 happy days at the Santa Felicita apartments, thanks to the owners. They're right in the heart of Florence, very close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, so you can really feel like you're living in the city. I'd sincerely recommend staying here. Have a happy trip, friends.

One of the bedrooms looks toward one end of the Ponte Vecchio, and the apartment is ideally placed. It has a sitting room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's a nearby supermarket, and Palazzo Tempi, a restaurant we like, is only a short walk away. The neighborhood has lots of shops, cafes and restaurants, and feels less touristy than the other side of the Arno.

It was as advertised. The apartment itself was nice, though the entryway had quite a bad smell.

The apartment was very clean, modern and charming, with lovely Italian touches. Its location is beautiful, just 50m from the Ponte Vecchio. Getting the keys was straightforward: the caretaker could bring them to the apartment from 3 p.m., or they could be collected at the office. It is a central spot, so you do hear the street activity, though the uPVC windows and double glazing keep it well insulated. We came by car and would recommend the Lungarno Garage, 100m away. We'd love to return.
