We came for our honeymoon and had such a lovely time. They added a few thoughtful touches for the occasion, which made it feel more romantic. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. There's plenty of food, wine, and gelato on the street, just a few steps from the entrance. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Claudiana was so helpful. After our long train ride, she checked us in early and gave us great recommendations. The room and service were incredible for the price. I'd come back for the service alone.

Our window looked onto the inner courtyard, and the room was remarkably quiet despite being in a busy city. The beds were firm, just how we like them, and the A/C worked great. It was handy to pop back between outings, and the staff were happy to answer all our questions. We had a wonderful four-night stay. We were a little unsure about the booking at first, but the staff kept in touch over WhatsApp about our late arrival. One thing to watch: there are two Relais locations nearby, so make sure you map the right one. We got that wrong ourselves. Almost everything on our itinerary was a 2-15 minute walk away, and I'd recommend the place to anyone hoping to fall in love with Florence.

Right in the heart of the city, and we felt safe staying here. Relais Condotta was easy to get around, with clean, modern rooms and great service. We'd stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The separate parking was a welcome extra, and the location is right in central Florence. Our room was modern, clean, and quiet, and the hosts were wonderful. A perfect stay, highly recommend.
