The kitchenette was a little small, but fine for preparing basic food. The owner was friendly and let us switch rooms. We found the rooms comfortable, modern, and clean. The property is on a busy road, but the rooms at the back are very quiet. There were a few mosquitoes, so be prepared. It’s not an easy walk to downtown, though bus C1 goes right into the center and bus 12 goes to the train station. I’d definitely return and ask for one of the quiet rooms.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly. After a day running around Florence’s busy streets, this place feels like an oasis of calm. The location is perfect if you’re fine with a 25-minute walk to the Duomo.

The room was large, though the bathroom was tiny, and the bed felt too soft for us. In the middle of the night, the toilet panel came loose or fell off. The decorations inside were very nice, and there’s an elevator. A friendly staff member tried to help us find the right bus from the train station, but we couldn’t locate the bus stop. It’s a nice place within walking distance of the cathedral.

The service was amazing, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved the decor and the garden out back, which gave the property a real Florence feel. It’s in a residential area, a little away from the bustle, with lots of nearby local shops, restaurants, and bakeries for an authentic Florence experience. Santa Maria Novella train station is four bus stops away. The fare is about 3 euros per person, and small children ride free. I highly recommend it.

There’s a quiet inner garden where you can sit with a good Italian coffee and enjoy the silence. The area feels safe and peaceful, and a useful supermarket is nearby if you need supplies. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the city center. Our room was clean, and the lady at reception shared some good tips about the city. A lovely place.
