Relais Stibbert is a little away from Florence's busiest area, which suited my sister and me perfectly. After a day of sightseeing, it was lovely to return somewhere calm and quiet. The service felt warm and sincerely friendly, without being over the top. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The comfortable rooms had everything we needed, and the place has that boutique feel in the best sense. If you want to enjoy Florence without constant noise outside your window, this is a great choice.

It's a cozy, friendly place where you can get a feel for Italian life, rather than a luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety. It's peaceful and away from downtown noise, but the sights are still an easy, pleasant walk away. I highly recommend it.

The photos don't really do this place justice. The people who work here are some of the nicest I've met, always responsive, available, and so accommodating. My room had a small outdoor area where the jasmine was flourishing. I slept surrounded by the most beautiful, magical scent in the world. Honestly, one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time.

The staff were so kind, and the room was beautiful. It had a lovely little garden with wonderful-smelling jasmine. The tram station is close by too.
