We could buy a bottle of wine on the night we arrived and enjoy it in the garden. The room opened onto a beautiful courtyard garden, and had a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom and plenty of closet space. It was cleaned well each day, with bottled water provided for free. The staff were superb, consistently helpful and attentive to details. Ricasoli Garden Relais made our stay memorable, and we'd definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Between the Duomo and Accademia, you're right in the middle of things, yet the place stays quiet and peaceful. It was easily the largest room of our five-city trip, with a very comfortable bed and lots of space. The shower, though, was definitely tight. The front desk team was only there at certain hours, but they were always available for questions and were so kind and helpful. Loved it!

The codes were easy to use. We checked in at 5 pm and were also able to leave our luggage the next day. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the place is so close to everything. Highly recommend. Our suite at Ricasoli Garden Relais was clean, modern and spacious, with a lovely bathroom, lots of amenities and a comfy bed. Even though it's near the Duomo, the building was surprisingly quiet. There's no breakfast room, but vouchers can be used at a nearby coffee shop for coffee, juice, a pastry and a savoury pastry.

Just steps from the Duomo, and still relatively quiet at night, this place is right in the centre of Florence. A bit of a hidden gem. Our room was large and had all the amenities we needed, and we'd absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The location's good, and even without terrace cocktails in winter, it was a nice place for an afternoon chess game. There wasn't much hospitality, though they replied to messages, recommended places to eat and made reservations for us. I wouldn't call it luxury like some other reviews do.
