Hugo says the beds are huge and comfortable, the service is wonderful, and the cost felt top tier for what you get. The location is as prime as it gets. 10/10.

The Nespresso bar was a lovely perk, handy for a quick start in the morning or a midday pick-me-up. We also loved opening the big windows to look out at the streets below. The room felt like a little apartment, and I joked to my husband that I could live there. It was so clean and updated that I wished all 12 days of our Italy trip could have been spent in that room. I didn’t know the area well and booked based on the reviews and photos. I’d book this place again without hesitation, and wouldn’t look elsewhere if I return to Florence.
