Luca made everything easy from the start, staying in touch and helping us throughout. He met us at Milano Centrale, about a five-minute walk from the apartment, and helped us get settled. He also shared lots of useful tips and left a welcome basket with wine and pasta. The apartment was spotless and lovely, with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable, the showers huge, and there were hair dryers, a washing machine, shampoo, and conditioner. Cafes, shops, and a grocery store are right outside. The leather district is a 10-15 minute walk away, and the location worked perfectly for us. We took a cooking class in Florence that met at the train station, which was especially convenient. We saw a lot of Italy, but Florence was the highlight. I can’t say enough about this apartment, and when I come back, I’d want to stay at Silver Novella again.
