Suite Ghibellina

The room itself was dirty and smelled bad. The shower didn't have hot water consistently, and they left just one towel for seven days. Water leaked from the air conditioning onto the floor, so there was a dirty bucket to catch it that I had to empty every day to keep the room from flooding. Getting checked in was awful too. They emailed several times asking when I'd arrive, and I replied three times that I would be there at 14:00, the stated check-in time. When I showed up exactly then, nobody was at the door. I called 37 times with no answer and sent emails that went unanswered as well. On call number 38, someone answered and laughed, telling me to be patient because check-in ran from 14:00 to 20:00. That meant I might have to wait up to six hours in the street for them to decide to meet me. When I asked if she'd seen my email saying 14:00, she said she hadn't because she was at work. I waited three hours outside before someone finally arrived to check me in. This was an awful experience. Run away from this property.

A lovely little house just a short walk from the center.

It needs some renovation.

The location is excellent.
