Marco made the stay a pleasure. He was very helpful and pointed us to one of the best restaurants on our trip. The place itself was nice, roomy, clean, and had climate.

The room was spacious, simple, clean, quiet, and really nice. The host handled everything, though another nice hotel employee helped prepare breakfast. There's no staff around 24 hours, so remember to get the host's phone number. He's very helpful. Finding the place from firenze smn was confusing at first. It's about a 15-minute walk, away from the central town, but if you call the host he can show you a shortcut through the far end of the station instead of the official entrance. Google Maps sent me the wrong way. When I asked about the mall and prada space outlet, he couldn't advise me since he's not a brand buyer, but he was very good at explaining sightseeing and history.

We chose this place after being told, and receiving confirmation, that parking was free. We parked where the landlord directed us, then got a parking fine from the police more than a year later. I contacted the landlord and got no explanation or response. Be warned, there is no free parking here, regardless of what Atelier Cosseria or Hotels.com told us.

The only good thing was being able to park on the street. The furniture was dirty, including an armchair with awful greasy stains at head height. The basement room was dark and incredibly noisy. You could hear every step, word, and movement, even the dog upstairs scratching at the floor. The people above us stayed up late into the night.
