Villa Lucrezia Firenze

We had the family suite, which worked really well for the price, with a kitchen and a loft. The apartments offer good value. The location was convenient, with coffee shops, a grocery store, pharmacy, flea market, and the Tabacco shop nearby. The bus stop was within 150 metres too. There's a security gate and parking for a rental car. The two people at reception were both great with parking and general information.

Check-in was really friendly, and the room was clean, with a good-sized bed, lots of space, a kitchen, and good air conditioning. I stayed one night and found it very comfortable. At checkout, they seemed a little negative about us leaving our bags, so we ended up taking them with us.

The apartment we're staying in has a kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. It's beautifully furnished and has useful utensils like plates, bowls, knives, and forks. These are excellent apartments on the outskirts of Florence center, and getting into town is easy since the bus stops just outside the villa.

The rooms were very cold and had mold. We were seven people, but they gave us only two bedrooms and one bathroom. There were just two beds, so they improvised three more sleeping spaces with folding mattresses. We paid 550€ for 3 days, but when we checked, the honest and normal price for that room was 360€ for three days. Dimitri seemed weird from the first moment. Treating us unfairly because we're from another country isn't OK, and the service was bad. Please don't visit if you're not from Italy. We were fooled, and they should be ashamed. Dimitri also told me David by Michelangelo was in a different place. The real David by Michelangelo is in the Galleria dell'Accademia. He lives in the city and doesn't know where the real David, the masterpiece, the 10th wonder of the world, is?
