Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating made this a good experience. It’s about 10 minutes from the main station and the first landmark. I’d highly recommend it for a holiday.

The location isn’t the most central, but the rest made up for it. It’s right by the Social Hub, a good spot for food, relaxing, and distant views of the Duomo. We had a spacious, comfortable room, a perfect breakfast, and really kind people looking after us. Santa Maria Novella train station is 15 minutes away and the Duomo complex is 25 minutes away. Definitely recommend this place, 10/10!

The host was very friendly, and the rooms at Florence Ventuno B&B were clean, modern, and spacious. I’d have liked a kettle for tea. It’s easy to get to Florence’s city center on foot or by tram, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was pretty standard, and some music in the morning might make things feel less awkward while guests are getting started. We also found paying through the direct website a little odd, so Booking.com may be easier. A good base for exploring Florence.
