The place was dirty, and the heat pump didn’t work, so we spent New Year’s Eve in the cold. Our request for a refund got us only €10, which didn’t feel like much compensation. The electrical capacity was also inadequate, with frequent outages. We couldn’t run the heat pump and stove together, or the oven and stove, which was embarrassing given the price and the services offered. The bathroom bidet was broken, and the boiler didn’t provide enough hot water for six people. We hadn’t been told about that.
