We spent two weeks at ZIP, and Elena made us feel very welcome. Her tasty breakfasts fit around our schedule, and the location made it easy to get to the train, tram, bank, and places to eat and drink. The room was clean and comfortable, with the best shower. We were missing our dog at home, so having her lovely pets around gave us a homely feeling. I highly recommend ZIP for a visit to beautiful Firenze. Thanks, Elena, we had an amazing vacation!

We paid $890.35 for three nights, which was a good price. The location was handy for the train and bus station, and within walking distance of everything Florence has to offer, with plenty of restaurants and gelato nearby. Elena was knowledgeable and gave us great tips for visiting Firenze. She looked after us, provided everything we needed, and kept the room clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked great. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting!

I had a great five-day stay here, from April 19th to May 23rd this year. The room was warm and clean, with a sunny balcony, and breakfast changed every day. The building's elevator, installed by the owner, was a thoughtful convenience for travelers. The location was close to the station, central markets, supermarkets, and various attractions. Elena made a strong impression on me. She has her own distinctive taste and philosophy of life, and she's a very charming woman. I miss the time I spent there, and miss you all. I hope I can return to see Elena, Aria, and the two lovely cats. 😊

The breakfast was tasty, and the room was comfortable and fairly quiet. We stayed one night for our honeymoon, and being close to the train station was handy. Highly recommended!

The room itself is non-smoking, but the owner smokes, and the smell spreads through the property. It isn't smoke-free as advertised. If smoke bothers you, this place won't suit you, so look elsewhere.
