Floridia has plenty of good restaurants and bars for local food, including granita with warm brioche con tuppo. The B&B is right by the town’s main square, and the owner was so helpful and welcoming. Our clean, comfortable room had efficient air conditioning. It’s also well placed for trips to Syracuse, 10 km away, and the picturesque coastal towns. We had a very positive stay and would gladly repeat it.

There are plants everywhere, and the terrace is a lovely spot to sit. The house is charming, clean, cozy, and comfortable, just around the corner from the main square. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and the maids were nice and clean. Floridia is a typical little Sicilian town, with excellent restaurants and small boutiques. We’d love to return.

We spent a fantastic week in a family atmosphere, and I’ll definitely return. Mrs. Anna’s hospitality was unbeatable, she made us feel like family. We chose this hotel for a few days in Sicily, near Syracuse, in a very typical Sicilian village. It’s right in the center of Floridia, with parking nearby in the main square. Our elegant room had a comfortable bed, smelled of cleanliness and perfume, and had all the toiletries we needed. The air conditioning was excellent, and there’s a shared terrace with parasols. We also enjoyed a hearty Sicilian breakfast at a nearby café. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy Sicily.

It’s a simple property, but very clean. Staying in Floridia makes it handy to reach restaurants and other activities without having to get back in the car at night and risk getting stuck in Ortigia traffic.
